Refund Policy
If the reading does not land for you, we will refund you. No long form, no hoops.
Within 14 days
Email hello@bazi.so from the address you used at checkout, including your order number. We process the refund within 5 business days. You do not need to explain why.
After 14 days
We may still refund at our discretion — especially if the chart turned out to be wrong due to a mistake on our end. Write to us; we read every email.
How the money returns
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, to the original card or PayPal account. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 3 to 10 business days to appear.
Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription, you can cancel from the receipt email or by writing to us. Future renewals stop immediately. We do not prorate partial months, but we will review exceptional cases if you contact us.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please write to us first. A chargeback triggers bank fees and takes weeks; a direct refund usually resolves the issue within a day.
