Privacy Policy

When you request a chart, we receive your birth date, birth time (if you know it), and birth place. When you buy a reading, Lemon Squeezy collects your email, billing information, and payment details on our behalf; we receive your email address and order metadata from them. We also keep standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request path) for a limited time for security and debugging.

Birth data is used to compute your BaZi chart and generate your reading. Your email, if provided, is used to deliver the reading and respond to support. We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with advertisers.

Chart data and generated readings are stored in a database hosted by Supabase (Asia-Pacific region). Payment records sit with Lemon Squeezy. AI generation is performed via an OpenAI-compatible API; we send the chart characters and a short prompt, not your email or payment info.

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies and does not set advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. No pixel tags, no retargeting.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email hello@bazi.so from the address on your order. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and believe we have mishandled your data, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

We keep chart data and readings for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete everything at any time. Payment records are kept by Lemon Squeezy per their retention policy, typically seven years for tax purposes.

The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
